About the show
I spent thirty years in fire and EMS. I watched a lot of people arrive at the worst day of their life because of one decision that took a half second to make. Not all of those days ended badly — that's the part nobody talks about, so that's the part I wanted on tape.
Every guest walks me through the shift they missed. Business, faith, family, health, whatever it was. Then we get to the recovery, because the recovery is the reason to tell it at all.
Coming on the show
I record in person when I can and remote when I can't. Episodes run forty-five minutes to an hour. No script, no questions sent ahead — if you have the story, we'll find it in the room.
